Deployment and launch readiness
Prepare your AI-built project for a safer launch
A working screen is only one part of being ready to launch. We can review the actual project for critical flows, configuration, data handling, deployment checks and a realistic rollback path.
Where help may fit
Problems worth examining clearly.
- ✓No repeatable production build or deployment sequence
- ✓Missing validation, error handling or access controls
- ✓Production credentials mixed into source or test configuration
- ✓Important paths have not been tested outside the builder preview
- ✓No clear way to confirm or reverse a release
The approach
Understand, contain, change, verify.
- 01
Identify the users, data and flows that matter most
- 02
Review production boundaries and dependencies
- 03
Test critical success and failure paths in isolation
- 04
Prepare a deliberate release checklist
- 05
Verify the deployed result without mutating customer data
Problem
A SaaS project looks ready, but deployment steps exist only in memory.
What changed
Pin dependencies, document environment prerequisites and create guarded release checks.
How it was checked
Run the release candidate from a clean commit, verify key read-only routes and retain rollback information.
Questions before a review
Keep the first step practical.
Does the project need to use AI?
No. “AI-built” describes how the project was created. The website or application itself does not need AI functionality.
Which projects can you review?
We help with existing websites, web applications and SaaS projects. That includes Lovable and Replit projects; other tools and web stacks can be considered after the code, dependencies and access requirements are understood.
What access should I provide now?
Start with a description of the project and the problem. Do not send credentials or confidential customer data. If code or service access is needed later, a secure method should be agreed first.
Bring the stuck point
Show us what you were building.
Start with a free brief suitability check of the problem you submit. Detailed investigation and development are quoted separately. Do not send passwords, API keys or confidential customer data.
