2. Brief suitability check
We review the submitted problem to understand what is stuck and whether we can help. This brief check is free; detailed technical investigation, code audits and development are scoped and quoted separately before paid work begins.

3. Agreed scope
The work, access method, commercial terms and expected handover are agreed before implementation. Nothing starts on an assumed price, deadline or outcome.

4. Implementation
A developer works within the agreed boundary, protects existing data and records material decisions. Repair is preferred when it is responsible; rebuilding is discussed when the current foundation makes repair unsafe or wasteful.

5. Verification and handover
Changed behaviour is tested in an appropriate environment. The handover explains what changed, what was checked and any known limits or follow-up.
